1. To make charcoal briquettes, first you need to prepare your raw material. And of course, you shall have sufficient supply of biomass if you want continuous charcoal briquettes production. To prepare your raw material also means to make it suitable for briquetting, which is to say the raw material must have required size of about 3-5mm in diameter. This may need to be realized by crushing machine.
2. Dry your biomass. Most biomass raw materials contain too much moisture that is not suitable for briquetting directly. In this case, they shall be dried to around 8-12% moisture content. Otherwise the material will block the briquette machine, and in consequence productivity is lowered.
